Technically, shouldn’t it be “yourselves” and not “yourself” seeing how there are multiple staff members?

Hm, possibly, Michael. The mismatch could be explained by wanting to get everyone’s attention with a plural vocative, and then wanting the request or imperative to be singular so as to appear to be directed towards someone individually.
