Wow, it looks like the poster was made in a Word program, which does come with spell check. “Pass” on the other hand…

And “sign-in” is supposed to be an imperative, I think, so it should be “sign in”.

No, it’s clearly a *pair* of instructions. You’re expected to go forth and pass around the coffee. Then you must both shop and sign-in at the next security desk.
