		<description>Could be that whoever put the sign together was told by the legal department that it must exactly reproduce the legend &quot;DO NOT DRILL HERE&quot; and the person was just a little bit too literal about that and included the quotation marks?

It reminds me of some of the peculiar constructions I&#039;ve seen in data rights assertions, where someone is slavishly reproducing a legend exactly within a larger sentence, even though this renders the punctuation (and sometimes the sentence structure) illogical.</description>
