		<description>It could be argued that only the apostrophe in &quot;need&#039;s&quot; could be removed and it would be correct.  The five bulleted items could then be considered shorthand for &quot;kitchen&#039;s needs, door&#039;s needs&quot; etc.  Not a very convincing argument, but it could be made.</description>
