  2. Inconvenience is, it seems, a tricky word to spell, especially on paper without a spell-checker. However, even with computer aids it can still cause embarrassment. A co-worker of mine who is in the habit of misspelling words once ended a letter “sorry for any incontinence” primarily caused by a gross overconfidence in the intelligence of MS Word. A copy of this letter now hangs in the office to act as a reminder to always check your work…
