  1. Those liberals! They want to change the whole English language!

    Also, I know that the banner ads are based on other data entirely, but I like that this McCain page has an ad asking males if they need a fling.

  2. I would like to see less of these types of images on Wordsplosion in the future.

    The problems I see are:

    Image is way too busy — took me almost 20 seconds to find the typo.
    It’s MySpace — correct grammar is the minority there, anyway.
    It’s one typo out of about a hundred words.

    I could go on.

    Mark, Sarah, could we see more real-life images, and only accept images where the errors are a little more fun and obvious (i.e. 10 words at the most, and not have to hunt to find the typo)? Then, we can have a much better Wordsplosion site. :)

  5. Yeah, the “Need A Fling?” banner ad was a nice bonus — especially since it was on the page of a conservative “traditional family values” type of candidate. I would have never seen the ad, anyway, thanks to FF+Adblock, and since I wouldn’t be on that page to begin with.

  6. Jeremy – I’m sure you meant “fewer of these types of images”. It helps, on a site dedicated to mocking erroneous spelling and grammar, if you don’t foul up your comment whilst trying to chastise the site admins.
