I personally like the randomness that seems to have crept into the decision making process when considering which letters deserve to be capitalized and which would not.

I am not convinced that the dot is an apostrophe. I likely is, but due to the poor penmanship, you can’t tell. It may just be a dot.

The best part was that this sign was not actually anywhere near the wet paint in question.

I like how it says “thanks” at the end. There is no instruction to follow and so no reason to thank anyone really. “Wet paint there. Thanks.”
I still say this is Tom Landry’s retirement community and he has his own area in which he painted a giant Dallas Cowboys helmet.
