Methinks “actually” should be “also” in the first sentence.

The first sentence just doesn’t make sense, “this vegetable is actually a fruit”. What? If it is a fruit then calling it “this vegetable” is dumb.
How about this instead, “Although most people think a tomato is a vegetable, it is actually a fruit”.

I think you missed that it also says the tomato “grows comes” in the second sentence as well. The missed a lot on that one.
