This is a very strange thing to put on a gravestone, surely.

Just a memory away from what? And who is, the reader of the message?

Does it mean: “Here lies What’s-His-Name, if only we could remember him. Or her.”

I think you should elaborate a bit on _why_ “your” is wrong (it’s not the contraction of “you are”) to help out English language learners even more.
